Thank you for Referring a Youth!

Here's what will happen next: 

• We will contact you once we review the referral. 
• We will contact the youth's placement and talk to them and the youth to tell them more about our program and to confirm the youth is interested.
• We will find a mentor match for the youth based on gender/gender identity, race and ethnicity, geographical location, and personality/interests and hobbies. 
• We will set up an introduction meeting between the youth and their new mentor facilitated by our youth coordinator.
• We will send you and the youth's entire team the contact information for the mentor.
