The Waco Rainbow Room has been in existence for over 20 years and managed PFC for the past 3 years. PFC also runs a collection of programs including Holiday Wishes, YES Mentoring, KING, Heart Gallery, and Foster Community. As we grow our presence in Waco, we hope to expand these programs in the Waco area.
