Virgil

A thoughtful teen, Virgil is soft-spoken and takes time to consider his words before he speaks. He loves the outdoors and wants wide open space! Fishing, playing sports, and just being able to roam outdoors are things he enjoys. He also loves to explore the world and his imagination through comics. Attending a Comic-Con event would be a dream come true! Virgil does well in school and gets along well with his peers. His quiet demeanor relaxes others and draws them in, and he enjoys social interaction.

Virgil’s forever family will love him unconditionally and practice patience and consistency daily. They will give him time to process his thoughts when engaging in conversation, committing to honest conversations about situations. His forever family will help him set attainable goals and work towards them. He will feel loved and supported through one-on-one time, clear and calm communication, time to build trust with others, and acceptance as he continues to grow and discover himself as an adult. His family will have experience in trauma-informed care. He would love a mom or two moms! Virgil loves animals and would like to have a dog or cat.
