Jorden

Jorden is a happy, quirky teen who has a sweet personality and loves to give hugs. She laughs easily and has a smile that lights up the room. Jorden loves watching movies, reading, journaling and swimming. Jorden loves all animals and hopes that her future adoptive family will share this love and have pets. She has especially enjoyed caring for the horses and hopes to be able to continue this with her forever family. Jorden enjoys being outdoors and has a newfound interest in working out. She has enjoyed regular visits to the gym and participating in MMA classes. Jorden likes to be involved in extracurricular activities and has taken pride in her role as volleyball manager and member of her school choir. She enjoys going to church and is looking forward to being baptized. She creates positive connections with staff and teachers as school and is reported to be a great student. Jorden thrives with one-on-one attention, positive support from adults, and feeling loved and care for. She has her challenges academically, but is very vocal about the importance of getting her education. Jorden would like to attend college and become a caseworker.

Jorden's forever family will ensure that she feels loved and supported. Her family will be patient, encouraging and active. Her family will set clear rules, boundaries and expectations from the beginning and be consistent with her throughout. Jorden will thrive in a home with a family that likes to stay busy with family activities. Jorden expressed interest in family camping trips, game nights, movie nights and visiting new places.
