Jayden

Jayden is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic boy who truly shines when he is surrounded by people he knows and trusts. He enjoys connecting with others and looks forward to spending time with his friends at school and the caregivers who support him. Riding the bus to school is a highlight of his day, and once he’s there, he eagerly joins in playtime and social activities. Jayden loves being outdoors and finding movement-based activities that keep him active and engaged. He enjoys going for walks, swinging, climbing, and kicking a soccer ball, and he is always excited for opportunities to explore his environment. He is nonverbal and communicates his wants and needs using verbal cues and responds warmly to positive interactions. Water play brings him a lot of joy, whether he’s splashing in puddles or enjoying the rain. Jayden also loves his fidget toys, watching ASMR videos, and relaxing with his favorite cartoon character, Mickey Mouse. He enjoys many foods and prefers simple finger foods that are easy to manage. Jayden’s joyful spirit and playful nature make him a delight to be around.

Jayden's forever family will be patient, nurturing, and compassionate towards him. His family will be flexible and able to adapt to all of Jayden's needs. It would be beneficial for his family to be supportive of the services needed to meet his needs. Jayden would love to have a family who will have him around multiple people, such as an extended network of friends and family. Jayden would do well with a two-parent household or a single parent.
