BACK-TO-SCHOOL 2022-2023

Each year, Partnerships for Children provides school supplies to over 1,000 children in the care of CPS in Central Texas. Whether virtual or in person, having supplies for the first day of school is crucial to the success of children in the classroom. We believe every child should be able to attend the first day of school ready to learn and without worry of not having everything they need.

Each year, we commit to providing kids with school supplies and school uniforms to let them know we've got their backs & backpacks filled with everything they will need be have a great school-year!

We’re in constant need of new items for the children we serve. Our monthly campaign, the Rainbow Room Round-Up, is designed to help us “round up” the items we need to restock. Sign up to receive monthly emails about our needs on our Round-Up Wish List. To schedule a time to drop off donations, contact Marcus at or 512-834-4756.

A Rainbow Room drive gathers much needed new items for our Rainbow Rooms. Encourage friends, family, coworkers, or classmates to participate as a team. You can ask for donations around a certain theme (think: “Goods for Goodnight” and collect items needed for bedtime) or even start a collection challenge between different departments in your office. Any drive is a great way to amplify your positive impact in a child’s life. For questions or to schedule a drop-off time, email Marcus.

A Holiday Wishes drive helps stock toys for our general gift inventory to fill the wishes of any child who didn’t get sponsored or came into the care of CPS during December. Each year, approximately 25% of the children we serve received these general gifts. Click here for gift ideas. You’ll coordinate your gift drop-off with us once you’ve made your purchase.
