Rainbow Room Online System

We are excited to launch a new inventory system to better serve you and the kids and families on your caseload. This new system is available anywhere an internet connection is accessible and is also set up in both Rainbow Rooms.

Back-to-School 2023

Each year, Partnerships for Children provides over 1,000 backpacks filled with supplies to children in Central Texas who are in the care of Child Protective Services. While the Rainbow Room will be filled with backpacks, school supplies, and school uniforms you can also submit a child's school supply list to be sponsored by a community donor.

Holiday Wishes

The Holiday Wishes (HW) program provides holiday gifts to CPS children that you, the caseworkers, submit to the program. Gifts are provided through a combination of community sponsors who receive a child’s wishes and monetary contributions used to purchase gifts for the children.

Our sponsors are very generous and ready to start shopping! We ask that you start asking for Wishlist as early as October so that you have plenty of time to submit your list before the busy holiday Season!

This allows us time to distribute the youth to sponsors and gives them time to go out and shop for the items. Have Questions? Email us at peyton@partnershipsforchildren.org.

Ready to start submitting your Wishlist? Watch this quick how-to VIDEO!

Heart Gallery

Placing Children in the Heart Gallery

Please see below for the form to request that a child be promoted in The Heart Gallery as an additional recruitment effort for adoption. With this form, you can request portraits or filmings for youth who would benefit from being featured in the Heart Gallery with a profile and/or a Forever Family Filming.

Please use this form to start the process of getting youth scheduled to be photographed or filmed.  This form is submitted electronically and you can choose to receive an automated receipt confirming we have received it.

Removing Children from the Heart Gallery

If the child you are working with has an active Heart Gallery profile, and any changes occur with their caseworker, caseworker's supervisor or their availability for adoption status changes and they need to be removed from the Heart Gallery, please email heartgallery@partnershipsforchildren.org so that we may update or remove their profile.
