HOST A HEART GALLERY EXHIBIT
Do you have a business or an area that you think would be perfect to host The Heart Gallery of Central Texas? We are always looking for exhibit locations around Central Texas! By hosting our traveling exhibit, you can help raise awareness for children living in foster care waiting for a permanent family and a life of stability and love.
What kinds of spaces can be used for an exhibit?
Heart Gallery exhibits can be customized for any space and have been everywhere from airports to small churches, salons to cafes, stores to corporate offices, to one-day events and festivals!
How long do exhibits last?
The traveling exhibits can be hosted for a variety of time frames, including one-day special events, or longer-term exhibits. It's really up to you!
What kinds of displays are used?
Displays are lightweight, easily transported, and can be set up in just minutes. There are two different types of exhibits:
- Mobile Exhibit: A versatile stretch fabric pop-up display that is lightweight, easily transported and opens in less than one minute. This exhibit is perfect for special events and smaller spaces. We have two sizes of this display: a slim 1x3 pop-up that is 2.5ft wide and a large 3x3 popup that is 8ft wide.
- Easel Exhibit: Portraits of the children are on wooden museum mounted 20x24" portraits and can be easily hung on walls. The portraits can also be placed around host locations on lightweight, space-efficient metal easels. We accommodate spaces with as little as one printed portrait to as many as 40.
- Permanent Electronic Exhibit: We have multiple permanent exhibits in Central Texas museums, hospital lobbies, and offices. They can include a variety of display items, but are built around a smart TV that electronically displays Heart Gallery portraits of children with their name and age. We are able to showcase the most children through these displays. These exhibits can be fully funded by our program and there is also an option of utilizing a business's existing monitor where we send them programming information electronically.
The Heart Gallery also has a variety of additional high impact displays including pop-up banners and takeaway items for events.
